Tonight is the opening night of The Whipping Man with Winnipeg Jewish Theatre. In the Western-Canada premier of this stirring piece, Jesse stars alongside actors Ray Strachan and Christopher Allen.

Today is the first day of rehearsals for The Whipping Man by Matthew Lopez. Produced by the Winnipeg Jewish Theatre, the production runs May 4-14. Jesse plays the role of Caleb, a young Confederate soldier recently returned home from the American Civil War.

Fare Trade
Today Jesse took part in a table read of the new web series Fare Trade which goes into production this month for Bell Media. Fare Trade is a comedy about a group of friends who decide to swear off money and live off the barter system.
Twelfth Night
At the end of the month, Jesse will be playing the role of Sir Andrew Aguecheek in the Shakespeare Bash'd production of Twelfth Night at the Monarch Tavern.

Casimir and Caroline Wins Award
The Ensemble of Casimir and Caroline was awarded "Best Ensemble (Small Theatre Division)" at the My Entertainment World Theatre Awards last Monday in a ceremony held at the Great Hall in Toronto.

Tonight is the opening night of Casimir & Caroline a staged workshop presented by The Howland Company.
The Code
This Friday, Jesse will be on set shooting an episode of The Code, a new detective procedural starring Jason Priestley

In November, Jesse will appear in a presentation of Casimir & Caroline by the early 20th century Austrian playwright Ödön Van Horváth. The new translation from the German by Holger Syme will be presented by the up and coming Toronto theatre group the Howland Company.
On Set for New Short
Jesse spent the weekend on set collaborating on a new short by director Chris Di Staulo. The film is about a painter, played by Jesse, who suffers from agoraphobia.

Twelfth Night opens in Jeanne-Mance Park tonight at 7pm. The show will be touring till July 26th.
Shakespeare in the Park
Jesse will be touring parks in and around Montreal this summer with Repercussion Theatre's Production of Twelfth Night. Directed by Repercussion Artistic Director Amanda Kellock, Jesse plays the role of Sebastian.
